PrimeAssist

Voice AI for e-commerce operations

Your COD orders get a phone call before they get a shipping label.

PrimeAssist runs the calls your team never has time for — confirming cash-on-delivery orders, chasing abandoned carts, and resolving failed deliveries before the courier gives up. In Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi.

Three workflows

Every one of these is a phone call somebody should have made.

They are the same three gaps in almost every Indian D2C operation. Each runs as its own workflow, triggered by a store event, with the outcome written back to your order.

Workflow 01 · fires on order created

COD order confirmation

Cash on delivery still carries most of the volume in Indian e-commerce — and most of the risk. An unverified COD order can travel the length of the country before anyone discovers the buyer changed their mind, mistyped a digit, or never meant to order at all.

The agent calls within minutes of checkout, reads back the item, the amount and the delivery address, and records what the customer actually says. Confirmed orders are tagged for dispatch. Refusals are cancelled before they cost you a shipment.

  • Address read back and corrected on the call, not after the courier fails
  • No answer? Escalates to a WhatsApp confirmation automatically
  • Outcome written back as an order tag your fulfilment rules can read

Workflow 02 · fires on checkout abandoned

Abandoned cart recovery

The recovery email goes to an inbox nobody opens. The retargeting ad reaches someone who has already forgotten. A call reaches a person who was, forty minutes ago, holding their phone and deciding.

The agent asks what stopped them — and it is usually something you can answer. Delivery time. Size. Whether COD is available on that pincode. It answers, and where the objection is price, it can offer the discount you authorised, not one it invented.

  • Waits out your chosen delay, so it never calls mid-checkout
  • Sends the resume-checkout link over WhatsApp while still on the call
  • Objections logged by reason, so you learn why carts actually die

Workflow 03 · fires on delivery attempt failed

NDR resolution

When a courier logs a non-delivery report, a clock starts. You have a day or two to reach the buyer and give the courier something new to work with — a corrected address, a landmark, a time they will be home. Miss the window and the parcel becomes an RTO.

The agent calls on the same NDR event your courier panel raises, finds out what actually went wrong, and pushes the reattempt instruction back to your operations team while the parcel is still in the city.

  • Distinguishes “wasn’t home” from “wrong address” from “no longer wanted”
  • Captures a reattempt window the rider can actually use
  • Retries on a schedule you set, before the RTO deadline closes

How it works

A store event goes in. A resolved order comes out.

Each workflow is built once in the visual builder, then runs on its own. These four steps are a real sequence — each one waits on the one before it.

Step 1

The store fires an event

Order created, checkout abandoned, delivery attempt failed. Shopify and WooCommerce send these natively; anything else can arrive through Zapier or n8n.

Step 2

Conditions decide

Only COD above ₹1,500. Only pincodes you flagged. Only carts over a threshold. The call is placed if the order matches, and skipped if it doesn’t.

Step 3

The agent calls

In the customer’s language, with the voice and tone you chose, following the script you approved. Every call is recorded and transcribed.

Step 4

The outcome lands back

Confirmed, refused, reschedule requested, no answer. Written to the order as a tag, and available to the next step — a WhatsApp follow-up, or a task for your team.

Voices & languages

A buyer in Coimbatore should not be called in Hindi.

Pick the voice and the tone per workflow. A confirmation call can be brisk and professional; an NDR call almost always needs to be empathetic.
